Kohei developed a way of facilitation that I admire: he's present but not overbearing, he's ready to make an intervention when needed, and he's pragmatic but also compassionate. My search for a life/career coach started from my fear of not being able to achieve my goals or even trying to challenge myself to find out what I’m capable of. I had the drive, ambition and courage to expand myself professionally and personally but just needed some extra guidance to help me figure out where the roadblocks were for me that were halting my progression.Right from the first consultation meeting, I knew Kohei was the coach for me. He has this calm confidence about him that made me feel very comfortable in addition to his well rounded holistic approach to coaching which was just what I was looking for.I had some negative past experiences that I wasn’t aware were impacting my current thought patterns and behaviours. If you're looking for a life or career coach I cannot recommend Kohei more highly! I was a little skeptical about coaching in general when we began working together, but Kohei asks such great questions, is very easy to talk to, and always has just the right tool or framework to help me work my way to an answer. Also really appreciate that he's very non-judgmental while also knowing exactly when to press to get at the heart of an issue, no excuses allowed!
